Note on the arrest by the Military Telegraph and Phone Censorship in Krakow telegram of unclear content, given by Rubinstein from Jaslany to Ludwik Klein in Krakow. It concerned burning of railway bridge on the channe in Jaslany. Rubinstein and Klein were officials of Polish Union of Industry and Forest in Krakow
